Questions parents ask us
Can online classes really match a good offline classroom?
In a batch of 200, most students never speak. With 5 students on camera, the teacher asks each one, sees their working and corrects it on the spot. That is closer to a personal tutor than to a lecture hall.
Will classes clash with school timings?
Live classes run in the evening after school hours. Recordings are available if your child misses one, and the mentor adjusts the plan around school exams.
My child is already at Allen / PACE. Do they need this?
That is what Mentor Plus is for. Your child keeps their classes; we add a mentor, the doubt desk and a daily plan built around their institute's tests.
What happens if the mentor changes?
Every 1:1, mock and doubt is recorded, so a new mentor starts with the full history. You are told before any change, and you can ask for one.
Is the seat deposit refundable?
Yes, fully, if you decide not to join after the demo class. It only holds your seat in the founding batch. See the Refund Policy.
What does the AI do, and who checks it?
AI writes practice questions (each checked by a second, independent AI pass), plans each day's study, drafts answers to doubts and the weekly report. Faculty and mentors review every draft before a student or parent sees it, and every decision about your child is made by a person.
How do you handle exam stress?

What do you do with my child's data?
